Orax Plus

Orax Plus is the premium tier that unlocks higher limits and supports the ongoing development of the bot. It can be obtained by voting (free, temporary — Top.gg for Discord servers, Fluxerlist for Fluxer servers), by subscribing monthly via Stripe ($1.99/month), or by purchasing a lifetime plan ($19.99 once).

Orax Plus unlocks Auto Translate (automatic message translation across interserv channels) and the /resync command (backfill the last 30 messages to newly-linked channels or recover dropped messages), in addition to higher limits on groups and channels. All other features are available on the free plan.

Priority message delivery: messages sent in groups owned by an Orax Plus server are placed in a priority lane of Orax’s sending queue, ahead of free groups. When the bot is under heavy load, messages from Plus groups are relayed first, reducing sync latency.

Voice channels: linking a voice channel to a group requires Plus — either on the linking server or on the server that owns the group. Plus unlocks voice chat sync and the live audio bridge between linked voice channels (Discord ↔ Discord and Discord ↔ Fluxer). If Plus expires, Orax stops joining the voice channel until it’s renewed.

Getting Orax Plus

There are three ways to get Orax Plus:

Option 1: Vote (Free)

Vote for Orax on the bot listing for your platform. Each vote grants Orax Plus for approximately one week. You can vote again to extend the duration.

Subscribe to Orax Plus via Stripe for a recurring monthly subscription.

Cost: $1.99/month
Duration: Active as long as subscription is active
Activation: Immediate upon successful payment
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal

Option 3: Lifetime ($19.99 once)

Pay once and keep Orax Plus forever for the selected server.

Cost: $19.99 (one-time)
Duration: Lifetime of the server
Activation: Immediate upon successful payment
No recurring charges

Voting is completely free and gives you the same benefits as the paid subscription. If you can’t afford the subscription, voting is a great alternative — it’s available on both Discord (Top.gg) and Fluxer (Fluxerlist).

Managing Your Subscription

Checking Your Status

You can check your Orax Plus status from:

The Orax Dashboard — the Orax Plus panel shows your current status and expiry
The dashboard API (/v2/get_orax_plus_status endpoint)

Cancellation

Stripe monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

Orax Plus remains active until the end of the current billing period
After the billing period ends, limits revert to the free tier
Existing groups and channels are not deleted — you just can’t create new ones beyond the free limits

Lifetime plans do not require cancellation — they remain active permanently.

Data and Privacy

Orax Plus entitlements are stored in the database with the following information:

Guild ID
Source (stripe, stripe_lifetime, topgg_vote, fluxerlist_vote, or manual)
User ID (who activated it)
Start and end dates
Status (active/inactive)

No payment details are stored by Orax — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
