Orax Plus is the premium tier that unlocks higher limits and supports the ongoing development of the bot. It can be obtained either by voting on Top.gg (free, temporary) or by subscribing via Stripe ($2.99/month).

Getting Orax Plus

There are two ways to get Orax Plus:

Option 1: Vote on Top.gg (Free)

Vote for Orax on Top.gg . Each vote grants Orax Plus for approximately one week. You can vote again to extend the duration.

• Duration: ~1 week per vote
• Activation: Automatic
• Limits: Same as paid Orax Plus

Option 2: Subscribe via Stripe ($2.99/month)

Subscribe to Orax Plus via Stripe for a recurring monthly subscription. This is the easiest way to support the bot and get permanent premium access.

• Cost: $2.99/month
• Duration: Active as long as subscription is active
• Activation: Immediate upon successful payment
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal

Managing Your Subscription

Checking Your Status

You can check your Orax Plus status from:

• The Orax Dashboard  — the Orax Plus panel shows your current status and expiry
• The dashboard API (/v2/get_orax_plus_status endpoint)

Cancellation

Stripe subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Orax Plus remains active until the end of the current billing period
• After the billing period ends, limits revert to the free tier
• Existing groups and channels are not deleted — you just can’t create new ones beyond the free limits

Data and Privacy

Orax Plus entitlements are stored in the database with the following information:

• Guild ID
• Source (stripe, topgg_vote, or manual)
• User ID (who activated it)
• Start and end dates
• Status (active/inactive)

No payment details are stored by Orax — all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
