/lock
Prevents non-admin users from sending messages in the interserv group. This is useful for temporary lockdowns during incidents or moderation.
Usage
/lockPermissions
- Moderator — The user must be a group moderator or have Manage Messages permission
What It Does
- Enables the lock on the interserv group
- Non-admin users’ messages in all linked channels will be blocked
- Only moderators and admins can send messages while the lock is active
- A notification is sent to inform users that the group is locked
Example
/lockBot response:
🔒 The interserv group “My Awesome Group” has been locked.
Only moderators and administrators can send messages until the group is unlocked.
Unlocking
To reverse the lock, use the /unlock command.
Locking affects all channels in the group across all servers, not just the channel where the command was used.
