Creates a new interserv group and generates a unique join link that other server admins can use to connect their channels.

What It Does

1. Creates a new interserv group in the database
2. Generates a unique join link
3. Returns the join link and group name in the response

Response

The bot responds with:

• The group name
• The join link (copyable)
• Instructions on how to use the link
