Publish a Group
Publishing your interserv group makes it visible on the Explore page, allowing other server admins to discover and join your group.

From the Orax Dashboard , select your group and click “Publish on Explore”. Or go directly to oraxbot.com/explore/publish .

Managing Your Publication
Updating Details
You can update the description, image, or proposals channel at any time from the publish page.
Unpublishing
Toggle the “Published” switch off to remove your group from the Explore page. Existing connections remain — only the public listing is removed.
Proposals Channel
The proposals channel is where join requests from other servers appear. When someone requests to join your group:
- A message appears in your proposals channel with the requesting server’s name and details
- The message includes Accept and Deny buttons
- Click Accept to approve the join request (their channel will be linked to your group)
- Click Deny to reject the request
Choose a proposals channel that your moderation team monitors regularly. You don’t want to miss join requests!
Message Count
Orax periodically updates the message count for published groups. This is done by a scheduled task that counts messages across all linked channels. The count helps users gauge the activity level of a group.
Message counts are approximate and updated periodically, not in real-time.
