Any user in a linked channel can view the rules by using:

Notes
- Rules are plain text — no markdown formatting is supported in the rules field
- Rules are visible to everyone in the group, not just moderators
- There is no character limit, but keep rules concise for readability
- Rules are separate from the word blacklist and message filters — they are informational only and do not automatically enforce anything
